What We Do
PCM offers biblical / secular support to the hurting parents of prodigal children through a class known as Surviving a Prodigal. This bible study support group meets in homes once a week for 11 weeks and is offered at no cost several times throughout the year to provide support, encouragement, prayer, hope, accountability, and resources to the parents of Prodigals.
An additional support group for parents of prodigals is offered twice a month at Johnson Ferry Baptist Church. This is open to the community at large with no sign up or commitment required. This group meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursday nights of the month.
In addition to the popular “Surviving a Prodigal” bible study support group, PCM, also provides helpful information on wilderness, residential and therapeutic treatment programs nationwide to assist parents in finding appropriate programs for their struggling teens /young adults. These programs focus on substance abuse, behavioral issues, healing, recovery and other problems that cause children to rebel against biblical and family values and authority.
