Board Members
Keith A. Davidson
Certified Public Accountant, began his career with Arthur Andersen & Company in Tampa, Florida. Currently, Mr. Davidson is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Walton Communities, LLC, a Cobb County based apartment development company specializing in the development, construction and management of apartment communities for families. He recently served as a Commissioner for the Marietta Housing Authority. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Atlanta Apartment Association and on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition. Keith formerly served on the Advisory Board of Student Venture of Cobb County.
Graduate of Florida State University, where he earned a B.S. degree in Accounting, graduating cum laude. He and his wife Terri have three children.
Terri Davidson
Terri Davidson is a Homemaker, Bible Teacher and Mentor to Younger Women. Terri is a Graduate of Florida State University with a BA in Elem. and early childhood education.
She and her husband Keith have 3 children.
Ella Givens
Ella Givens is a hospital pharmacist in the metro Atlanta area. She currently serves on the board of Wellspring Living where she is actively involved with young women who are seeking a safe place to receive hope and healing from sexual abuse or other destructive behaviors. She is part of the leadership team in her local church where she participates in various aspects of local outreach. Ella graduated from Mercer University Southern School of Pharmacy. She and her husband, Gary, have two daughters.
Gary Givens
Gary Givens has been employed with Georgia Power Company for over 30 years in various Financial/Accounting roles, and has been the Company's Northwest Region Comptroller since 1995. He has served on many mission trips, foreign and domestic, and he and his wife Ella both serve on the Board of Wellspring Living, a ministry that exists to create a restorative environment for women and girls who are victims of childhood trauma and to help them receive hope and healing from sexual abuse, addictions, and forced prostitution. He received his Masters in Taxation degree from Georgia State University in 1983 and his BBA in Management from Georgia State in 1976. He and his wife Ella reside in the Cartersville area and have two married daughters with two beautiful granddaughters (and a grandson due in the fall of 2010).
Frank Ros
Frank P. Ros serves as Assistant Vice President, Latin Affairs for The Coca-Cola Company where he is responsible for management of the Latin Affairs department. He serves on a number Corporate Advisory Boards of prominent national Latino-focused organizations.
He is a member of the Regional Leadership Foundation, the Society of International Business Fellows, and serves on the Board of Directors of the University System of Georgia Board of Regents Foundation, Inc., Leadership Georgia (Chair, Selections), Florida State University Center for Hispanics, The Pinnacle Orthopedic Research Institute, and the Lott Trophy Committee.
A graduate of the University of Georgia, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1982 and his Masters' degree in 1984. While at Georgia, he was selected Academic All-SEC and was Team Captain of the University of Georgia's 1980 National Football Champions. He is a past recipient of the University of Georgia Chapter of the National Football Foundation and Hall of Fame Post-Graduate Award. He is the 2009 recipient of the Bill Hartman Award, one of the highest honors given to a former UGA student-athlete.
Born in Barcelona Spain, Frank lives in Kennesaw, Georgia with his wife, Jan. They have 2 sons.
Jan Ros
Jan Ros is the Director of Advancement for Eagle Ranch, a Christian children's home located in Flowery Branch, Georgia. She joined Eagle Ranch in 2005 after spending nine years as Director of Development for an Atlanta area private school.
Born in Atlanta, Jan graduated with a B.A. in Communications from Auburn University. Upon graduation, and prior to her move to the development field, Jan enjoyed a career in public relations and advertising working with some of Atlanta's largest corporate accounts.
Jan currently serves on the Board of the Atlanta Auburn Alumni Club, is a former board member of The Marietta National Memorial Day Association and The Georgia Planned Giving Council. She and her husband Frank were members of the Leadership Georgia Class of 2000 and co-chairs of Leadership Georgia's first international program held in Costa Rica in 2010. Jan and Frank attend North Metro Church in Kennesaw, Georgia. They have 2 sons.
